Use Conspirafy in your AI assistant

Conspirafy runs a public MCP server, so an assistant that supports remote MCP servers can look up our fact-checks while it answers. No account and no API key.

Endpoint

Streamable HTTP, stateless, JSON responses:

https://conspirafy.com/api/mcp

Claude Code

Run once in your terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http conspirafy https://conspirafy.com/api/mcp

Other clients: add a remote server using the endpoint above and the HTTP (Streamable HTTP) transport, following that client's own MCP setup instructions.

Tools

  • check_claim — Paste a claim and get up to 6 matching Conspirafy fact-checks, each with verdict, summary and URL.
  • search_theories — Full-text search over published theories (up to 20 results).
  • get_theory — Fetch one theory by slug: verdict, confidence, summaries, evidence with rebuttals, sources with credibility ratings, and FAQ.
  • list_recent_changes — The most recent update-log entries across published theories (default 20, max 50).

Read-only, with limits

  • Every tool is read-only. The connector cannot change anything on Conspirafy.
  • Only published theories are returned.
  • Rate limit: 60 requests per minute per IP address (HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header beyond that).
  • Request bodies are limited to 64 KB.

Citing verdicts

Verdicts are Conspirafy editorial assessments, not official determinations. Please cite the theory URL (conspirafy.com/conspiracies/<slug>) when you use one. See our methodology for how verdicts are reached, or browse all theories.
