Is it true: Ukraine/DNC Server Claims?
No — this has been debunked.
The claim that Ukraine, not Russia, hacked the DNC in 2016 or hid its server is false. A 2018 federal indictment charged twelve Russian GRU officers with carrying out the hack, the Mueller Report and the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee reached the same conclusion, and there was never a single server to hide: the FBI received forensic images of the DNC's systems.
