Is it true: Pearl Harbor Foreknowledge?
There's no solid evidence for it.
There is no authenticated evidence that Roosevelt or his advisers knew Pearl Harbor was the target and withheld warning to bring the United States into the war. Intercepted cables showed war was coming but pointed most strongly toward Southeast Asia and the Philippines, and the official investigations documented serious intelligence failures, not deliberate withholding.
