Fact check
Is it true: ISIS/Boko Haram Created by CIA/Mossad Claims?
There's no solid evidence for it.
There is no documentary evidence that the CIA or Mossad created or directed ISIS or Boko Haram. ISIS grew out of al-Qaeda in Iraq and Boko Haram out of local Nigerian grievances, while the most-shared "proof" has been traced to fabrications and misquotes. Documented U.S. failures, such as Camp Bucca and diverted Syria weapons, show blowback, not deliberate creation.
